Chef Victor together with our Award Winning Chef Lisak & his Team have been cooking another blazing-storm in their kitchen on Friday, 26 May at Las Carretas, Taipan, Subang Jaya. They did a 5 Course Set Dinner excluding Canapes paired with 4 Different Ranges of Premium Wines from Santa Carolina, Chile.

In collaboration with Luen Heng F&B S/B and Santa Carolina Wineries and to add some flavour to the whole affair; the narrator of the evening is Mr. Leonardo Diaz Araya, Export Manager for South East Asia and Oceania of Santa Carolina.

Diners have been exposed to Wines grown in different Terroir; for example, Maipo River, Maule Valley, Rapel Valley, & the Star Wine comes from the region of Peumo & Los Lingues.
