World Malbec Day Set Dinner Menu

Award winning Chef Lisak & his Team have been cooking another blazing-storm in their kitchen on Wednesday, 28 April at Las Carretas Taipan, Subang Jaya in conjunction with World Malbec Day. They have served a 5 Course Set Dinner Blind-paired with 6-8 Different Quality Premium Malbecs from Argentina.

In collaboration with Luen Heng F&B Sdn Bhd, Asiaeuro Sdn Bhd, Sunrise Wines Sdn Bhd, MHD and Entwine and to add some flavour to the whole affair, the narrator of the evening eas Thomas Ling, a Certified International Wine Judge and Certified Specialist of Wine.

An interesting fact is Malbec was first planted in Argentina in 1853 by the request of Domingo Faustino Sarmiento who later became the seventh President of Argentina
