Las Carretas 13th Golf Invitational 2011
Las Carretas 13th Golf Invitational was held at the prestigious Kota Permai Golf and Country Club on Thursday, 24 March 2011.
We were again honored to have Tunku Besar Tampin YTM Razman Idrus as our Patron.
Weather was cooling despite the rainy spell and a total participation of 18 flights from regulars of Taipan, Ampang and Damansara Outlets teed off at 8:30AM. All golfers were surprised at Hole 6 where we had Singleton Single Malt Bar set up for their perusal.
In addition, all golfers were treated for lunch at the Golfers Terrace followed by Prize-giving and Hi Tea at Las Carretas Taipan.
This years winner went to Mazlina, 1st Runners-up, Helmi while Tg. Aman came in third.
Team event winner went to Team Italy and Team TBT came in second while Team Maple came in third.
Novelty winner for NTP went to Samuel Choong, while two NTL's went to Mazlina and Els van Zanten.
